FFB Operating Grants
Please review our Guidelines for the Allocation of Funds for Research and the Guidelines for Operating Grants, prior to making application for a Foundation Fighting Blindness operating grant.
The amount and duration of the award will be commensurate with the needs and merit of the grant proposal. Typical FFB operating grants award $50,000-100,000 a year for a period of 1-3 years.
Investigators who have been notified of their success in the initial Letters of Intent stage for our 2013 Operating Grant competition are now invited to submit full proposals via our online submission portal at http://www.ffb.ca/grants/login.php.
It will be necessary for the principal investigator to create a log-in to access this portal to make their final submission. All necessary forms can also be downloaded from the portal.
Please note: To facilitated effective peer-review, operating grant applications must be submitted in English.
Full proposals are due Tuesday January 31st, 2012 at 5 PM EST. For any further questions please contact research@ffb.ca or contact Lori Lyons, Scientific Information Manager at 1-800-461-3331 x238.
